Service Description
The Enhanced Support plan is designed for clients who need extra assistance in navigating travel, public spaces, or occasional interactions with law enforcement. Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, this subscription includes everything in Basic Support, plus tailored guidance on ADA rights, travel documentation, and public access laws. With services like a “Travel Ready” checklist, public space advocacy, and direct representation for law enforcement or legal matters, you’ll have the confidence to tackle any situation. Subscribers also receive our Quarterly Newsletter, packed with essential insights and resources for Service, Therapy, and Protection Dog handlers. Enhanced Support empowers you and your working dog to navigate the world with ease and assurance.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation or Refunds Policy No Cancellations or Refunds Policy for Tru Mission K9, LLC At Tru Mission K9, LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality training and support for you and your dog. In order to maintain the integrity and consistency of our programs, we have implemented the following No Cancellation or Refunds Policy: Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for training packages, board and train programs, group classes, and any other services offered by Tru Mission K9, LLC are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation or discontinuation of services. Rescheduling Policy: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Clients are allowed to reschedule up to two sessions per package with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the originally scheduled session. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the duration of the original package timeframe. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of that session. Booking Additional Packages: In the event that you are unable to complete a package within the scheduled timeframe, you may apply the remaining balance towards the purchase of another training package. This credit must be used within 6 months from the original purchase date. The credit will be applied to the new package at the current rates and terms. Medical Exceptions: In cases where a dog is unable to continue training due to medical reasons, a medical certificate from a licensed veterinarian is required. Upon verification, the remaining sessions can be put on hold and resumed once the dog is medically cleared. Alternatively, the balance can be applied to another package within 6 months. Commitment to Progress: We encourage all clients to commit to their training schedules and actively participate in all sessions to achieve the best results for their dogs. Consistency and commitment are key to the success of our training programs. By enrolling in any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Cancellation or Refunds Policy.
