Basic Support

For clients seeking foundational advocacy support, including housing and rights guidance.

Includes:​

  • Rental and Housing Advocacy: Specialized assistance with rental or housing access issues. Includes:

    • Prepared Letters: Ready-to-use letters outlining your legal rights under the Fair Housing Act (FHA).

    • Direct Communication: Don White can communicate directly with landlords or property managers to clarify service dog protections if needed.

    • Tenant Education: Guidance on best practices and responsibilities for tenants with working dogs to support positive relationships with housing providers.

  • Quarterly Newsletter: Access to our quarterly newsletter, filled with critical information, real-life scenarios, and practical tips to help you stay informed and prepared.

Enhanced Support

For clients who need additional support in travel and public spaces or occasional law enforcement advocacy.

Includes Everything in Basic Support Plus:

  • Travel and Public Access Advocacy: Expert guidance on ADA rights, airline protocols, and public access laws, ensuring you are fully prepared. Services include:

    • Travel Documentation Guidance: Support on airline-specific requirements and travel readiness for smooth navigation in public areas.

    • “Travel Ready” Checklist: Essential tips and preparation steps for traveling through airports, hotels, and other public spaces.

    • Advocacy in Public Spaces: Assistance if you encounter resistance or need rights validation when accessing public or commercial areas.

  • Law Enforcement and Legal Support: Dedicated support for interactions with law enforcement and other authorities who may question your working dog's presence. Services include:​

    • Direct Representation: Don White or a representative can advocate on your behalf, communicating directly with law enforcement or legal representatives. Note: Tru Mission graduates and certified service dogs receive status representation, while all working dog clients receive rights support.

  • Quarterly Newsletter: Regular updates with crucial insights, resources, and practical tips tailored to the needs of Service, Therapy, and Protection Dog handlers.

Advanced Support

24/7 Support for Any Situation

For clients needing comprehensive, round-the-clock assistance, this level provides full advocacy and rights support at any time of day.

Includes Everything in Enhanced Support Plus:

  • 24/7 Emergency Situational Support: Immediate on-call access to an advocate for urgent situations. Whether dealing with law enforcement, public access issues, or travel complications, our team is available to support you whenever needed.

  • Employer and Workplace Advocacy: Resources and assistance for clients facing challenges with employers regarding service dogs in the workplace. Includes:

    • Employer Education: Documentation and advocacy materials to educate employers on ADA rights and reasonable accommodations for service dogs.

    • Mediation Support: If necessary, our team can provide mediation assistance to foster a legally compliant, positive workplace environment.

  • Quarterly Newsletter: Access to our in-depth quarterly newsletter, offering valuable insights, real-world scenarios, and essential tips for navigating advocacy situations with confidence.
